Apr. 15 Dark Moon Drumming 5:30-6:30 pm, in Tigard Suggested donation: $7-15 Drumming is great for personal healing, to release what is no longer needed, and to send out energy for planetary healing. Bring drums, rattles, and/or other musical tools. A few instruments will be available if you don't have your own. Next Dark Moon Drumming Circle, May 13 at 5:30 pm in Tigard. Apr. 29 Full Moon Drumming Circle at New Renaissance Books 5:30 pm Cost, $12 We'll drum for personal healing, to release what is no longer needed, and act as conduits for planetary healing. We'll also do a meditation asking for direction for spring. Bring drums, rattles, and/or other musical tools. A few instruments will be available if you don't have your own. Apr. 28 2-4:30 pm Make Your Own Rattle -- FOR FREE! at Tigard Library This is a one time opportunity, that is limited to 10 people. You will make your own rattle, and decorate it, if you wish. We will use a variety of raw hides pieces stitched together and filled with various items to make the sound (you can bring some of your treasures to put inside and/or share, if you wish!). Call Tigard Library, 503-684-6537 in April to register. . STORY DRUM CLASSES Saturday, May 19 6-9 pm Saturday June 2 11-4 pm Sunday June 3 11-3 pm Sunday, June 10 2:30-4:30 In this series of classes you will discover and design your "story" and draw/paint it inside your drum. Then on the final afternoon we will each "tell our story" and use our drums to send out our new found energy to each other and to the planet.
